Delivery Information

Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched within two working days after payment has been confirmed.

We use Royal Mail, InPost and Evri. The delivery provider may depend on the parcel’s size, weight, destination and the selected delivery service.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Please check that your address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Tracking and signed delivery

Tracking information will be provided after dispatch when available.

Standard delivery may not require a signature. If you require a signed-for service, please contact us before placing your order. An additional charge may apply.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the parcel’s size, weight, destination and selected delivery service. Charges may include postage, packaging and handling.

We recommend placing all required items in one order. We may not be able to combine orders placed separately, and each order may incur its own delivery charge.

Packaging and responsibility

All items are packed carefully, with additional protection provided for fragile products where necessary.

Lucy Heaven remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to receive it.
